CIBL is formally incorporated in May, 2008 as a private company limited by shares to provide IT based services to various customers home and abroad, to enter into joint venture agreement to set up such companies and provide support and technical services to other related persons/companies both at home and abroad, to setup IT related companies/organizations and produce software, hardware , technology transfer from Bangladesh to any country of the world and offer IT related services and undertake necessary projects connected and relevant with the business of computer sector such as networking, data entry, software development, e-computing, also to offer IT related training facilities to train up developed technical manpower and also to offer consultancy services in all technological and development sector. CIBL is also able to provide consultancy and related support services to trade commerce and industry.
