At the beginning of 2000 the Indian capital markets went through rapid growth and transformation. This was the time when the derivatives markets were launched. The exchanges were finding very few takers for the derivatives product due to lack of good risk management and broker back office systems in the market.

NSEIT, the subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India bought our product ChelStock (renamed to ProBOS) and provided to many leading brokers in India to address this problem. This helped NSE address a critical gap in the market and it catalyzed the growth of the derivatives market in India.
