The Association of Real Estate Managers Germany represents the interests of professional property management companies in Germany. As the industry association, VDIV Germany has been advocating the interests of property managers for over 30 years. It promotes contemporary political and economic framework conditions, sustainable professionalization of the industry and new business perspectives.

Founded in 1988 as the umbrella association of German property managers (DDIV eV), the VDIV is a competent contact for questions about fiduciary property management and home ownership. It provides information on the management industry as well as current challenges in the field of real estate management. In specially initiated surveys and reports, the VDIV generates valuable data on the structure and development of the industry and passes it on. For its members, the association is the central point of contact for legal, technical, commercial and professional issues and developments.
