In the current Operational Team of COFEMO AC we are made up of 5 women, 3 of us are mestizo and 2 from the original peoples of Los Altos de Chiapas. We have an intercultural dialogue, but also intergenerational since we range in ages from 27 to 56 years old. Also part of the decision-making and the associated support operating are the bookkeeper and the cleaning lady , we thank all the objectives proposed in our projects.

We share the motivations around the relevance of working among and for women through strategic actions, we share that it has to be through daily practices, but long-term training and collaborative processes that allow the structural transformation of women's lives. women. Although the younger members and indigenous peoples do not assume themselves to be feminists, there is an identification and conviction in building equal relationships for women.
