Today, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Banja Luka Region is a part of a unique Chamber System of Republika Srpska which is organised on the bases of the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1992, organized on the European tradition and the model of german an Austrian Chamber of commerce as the continental type with mandatory membership.
