Credit Europe Bank (Suisse) SA, “the Bank”, is a bank incorporated under laws of Switzerland in 1990 and operates all of its activities through its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The Bank is fully owned by Credit Europe Bank NV, the Netherlands.
