Kombo East Youth and Children Development Association (KEYCDA)

KEYCDA is an organization formed by the young people of Kombo East in the year 2005. Since they recognize the need to promote sustainable socio economic development of youth and children, and aware of the fact that youths & children are mostly the victim of unemployment and social discrimination particularly girls.
Cognizant of the fact that drug abuse and misuse, alcoholism, teenage pregnancy, low awareness, HIV/AIDS and other related health hazards are the major challenges facing the young people.
The need to join together and address the above challenges and become a unify force for sustainable district development and the nation as a whole, brought about the formation of KEYCDA.
The organization since inception has provided numerous development programs for youth and children of Kombo East and beyond. Our programs over the years were centered on entrepreneurship, child rights, gender, sexual and reproductive health, sports development, youth empowerment, micro finance, education, community engagements among others.
