LITHUANIAN FEDERATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is a non-profit independent and self-acting organization representing and defending the professional labor, economic, social rights and legitimate interests of persons working and having worked in the Lithuanian internal affairs system, persons working in other law enforcement institutions and budgetary institutions:

 1. To unite trade unions, their associations and individual members operating in the system of internal affairs, other law enforcement institutions and budgetary institutions.

2. To represent and defend the professional labor, economic, social rights and legitimate interests of the members of the Federation.

3. To satisfy the public interest by carrying out activities in the public interest.

4. Carry out education and training of members.

5. Carry out publishing and other similar activities to help employees reasonably defend their interests.

7. Contribute to the improvement of the social security and labor system.

8. To participate in the activities of institutions representing Lithuanian and European trade unions and other employees.
