Founded in 1997, Usina de Obras has focused its operations in the Northeast region. Created initially to operate in the equipment leasing market, the company currently operates civil works in general, specifically in the public, industrial and real estate sectors. Experience as a lessor can be observed at our construction sites using modern equipment, making it easier to automate processes and better quality in the final product.

In 2012 the Works Plant went through reformulation in its processes, acquiring new ERP and expanding its headquarters. We are ready to face challenging contracts that fuel our quest for continuous improvement.
