LLC Scientific Center “SHAMS” was established in 2003. Our company is mainly engaged in developing a program for the construction of a wind farm (WEC) in Uzbekistan. The Scientific Center “SHAMS” monitors the terrain to determine the optimal location of wind power plants (WED), taking into account the efficiency and impact of turbulence loads.
