We have led with 19 years of training and certification of personnel in project management with an estimate of over 10, 000 delegates having passed through our Academy. As InnoLead, we have developed PMO’s across different industries, conducted maturity assessments, infrastructure projects health checks and reviews, facilitated dozens of workshops on scoping, planning, requirements definition, closure reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering among others.
