About
The Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation's goal is to promote pioneering ideas by funding various fields of scientific research. In 1982 it launched the Abdul Hameed Shoman Award for Arab Researchers and the Abdul Hameed Shoman Fund for Scientific Research in 1999. The Foundation also established a Cultural Forum in 1986 under which it organized events and activities that connected the public with thinkers, researchers, and scientists.
