About

SafeValue must use [property]=binding:

MTV now covers more than 100,000 entities, in France and in Europe, in the transport, accommodation, tourism and leisure sectors.

In November 2017 MTV participated in the creation of the TRAVEL_NET network in Berlin, together with 13 other ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) systems from 11 EU Member States and with the support of the European Commission.

TRAVEL_NET today brings together 21 ADR systems from 17 EU States that are competent and referenced for travel/transport/tourism cases, meeting the quality criteria defined in the ADR Directive 2013/11/EU (in particular expertise, independence, impartiality , transparency, efficiency and fairness) and listed on the EU ODR platform.

The concrete missions of the network are defined in its memorandum and consist in particular of: Sharing cross-border cases, Sharing knowledge and good practices, Promoting the role of ADRs

The purpose of Tourism and Travel Mediation is to promote the amicable settlement of unsettled disputes between consumers and providers of travel services (tourism, transport, accommodation, airport pick-up, etc.) or leisure services (amusement parks , show or sports ticketing, etc.), signatories of the Tourism and Travel Mediation Charter.

Independent and impartial , the Tourism and Travel Mediator, Mr. Jean-Pierre Teyssier, is responsible for bringing together points of view to pave the way for an amicable solution and thus avoid having to go to court.
