Beijing National Railway Research & Design Institute of Signal & Communication Co., Ltd. was ounded i 1953, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation (briefly referred to as CRSC).

Our main businesses and activities include engineering design, engineering consulting, applied research, standards development, system integration and other products (eight categories, dozens of types); the major authorized qualification certificates of our company include: Class-A qualification certificate for engineering consulting, Class-A qualification certificate for survey and design, Class-A qualification certificate for engineering costs consulting; Class-I qualification certificate for computer information systems integration enterprises; it has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification; it is a National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise, and it has been selected as one of Top 100 Chinese software enterprises with largest revenue. It has been awarded the corporate credit rating 3A certificate for five consecutive years.

Since its establishment, it has completed more than 7,000 designs in communications, signals, electrical and automation engineering. It has used more than 70 independent innovation system technologies into the sector of railway and urban rail transportation. It has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Excellent Engineering Design Award, as well as other 233 provincial and departmental awards. It has 40 computer software copyright registration certificates and 56 authorized patents.
