The BCTI is the international technical cooperation office for French breeders' organisations. It brings together its know-how to offer a full range of services for the development of the cattle, sheep and goat sectors. Based on the skills of the Institut de l'Elevage, i the ability to mobilize hundreds of recognized international experts to provide its partners with its technical assistance, study and training services in the definition and the implementation of development programs in response to their specific needs.
