PACCOM - People’s Aid Coordinating Committee

PACCOM is a unit of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) established on June 10, 1989. The organization structure of PACCOM is composed of the Director, Deputy Directors and experts, divided into four groups. rooms (Administration, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific). PACCOM's office is located at Level 3, Friendship House, 105A Quan Thanh, Hanoi.

Mission:

1. Strengthening partnerships between INGOs and Vietnamese organizations and localities.
2. Creating favorable conditions for the operation of INGOs in Vietnam and supporting local partners in relation to INGOs.
3. Disseminate and provide information related to the operation of foreign NGOs to Vietnamese partner agencies and INGOs.
4. Coordinating with relevant agencies in guiding and monitoring the implementation of regulations and policies related to INGOs' operations, and advising and promulgating appropriate guidelines and policies for activities. activities of INGOs in Vietnam.
