The association founded in 1994 aims to help define, in compliance with the constitutional rules, the functions and prerogatives of the Justice of the Peace within the judicial order; protect the prestige of the figure of the Justice of the Peace and of the category; promote their professional updating; formulate and support proposals aimed at guaranteeing the resources and the organizational and logistical structures essential for the better functioning of the Office of the Justice of the Peace. The association is non-political. It is not for profit.
