Lexchange is a knowledge, exchange and network facilitator on rule making, in support of Good Governance, Rule Of Law enhancement and Anti-Corruption in pre-accession countries (EU), developing countries and countries in transition.
Lexchange has a focus on regulatory quality and regulatory reform.
Lexchange facilitates the expertise, transfer of knowledge and exchange of experience and addresses key questions as the ”why?”, ”how?”, ”who?” and ”what?” of rulemaking. In a parallel effort, Lexchange endeavors to connect (academic) regulatory experts, practitioners and stakeholders in networks. Last but not least, Lexchange strives for innovation in regulatory reform. Enabling regulatory actors to make Sound Rules, in line with the latest acknowledged standards on rulemaking.
