The Notabene Public Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is one of the first think tanks in the field of analysis of law and human rights in Tajikistan.
The fund was registered with the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 18, 2009 in order to promote the principles of human rights and the development of civil society.
In a short time, the fund managed to gain the trust of copyright holders, government agencies, civil society institutions and international organizations.
