Panos Institute West Africa (PIWA) is an African non-governmental organization specializing in media for development. Since 2000, PIWA has been an independent institution, pioneering cooperation in Africa through Africa. We are active in media development (#mediadev) and communication for development (#C4D) in West Africa. Based in Dakar, IPAO has developed projects in 14 of the 15 ECOWAS countries.
