et up by the AUF, at the request of the governments of the countries concerned, the Instituts de la Francophonie provide professional training at Master's or doctoral level, in innovative fields and responding to specific regional demand. The Instituts de la Francophonie are groups of means, material and human resources in privileged places, where training of excellence is offered. The lessons are provided by an international faculty from the establishments of the support consortium. They are also intended to develop study and research-development projects in relation to the problems linked to the development of the countries of the region and to encourage the emergence of research teams and laboratories. Initially regional these institutes also have an international vocation, since French-speaking students from all countries can enroll there. The IFE welcomed 15 promotions of Master 2 Entrepreneurship, in joint degree with Bordeaux 4 and Paris 12. Each promotion included between 30 and 35 students. Also, the IFE has already trained nearly 500 business creation project leaders from continental Africa, Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean, ie 28 nationalities.
