YAKNA sro has been interested in cognitive rehabilitation for a long time. They have been actively implementing, researching and teaching it for a long time. They know that the need to combine not only knowledge, skills, but also information leads to effective patient recovery.

They started building the Neuroportal information server on their own and connected the university world with clinical and application fields. This created a natural mushroom for their Eddie project.

They named the neurorehabilitation system project Eddie, because the story of a boy, Eddie Edwards, who, despite his fate, decided to go to the Olympics one day, is a bit of their story. They believe that the inconspicuous heroes of everyday life, thanks to their determination, perseverance and courage, have a chance not only to succeed, but with their approach they are able to change and inspire the world around them.
