InnospeXion uses the knowledge on X-ray interaction with matter to develop innovative techniques for inspection and characterisation, by X-ray imaging or by measurement of the spectrum of transmitted or scattered X-radiation. They apply these principles for numerous industrial systems, e.g. manufacturing control, core analysis for petroleum research, can quality control, on-line conveyor inspection of food, castings and many others. They develop and manufacture special controllers, complete tailored shielding solutions, software and perform installation as well as continuous monitoring services.

 InnospeXion produces X-ray systems that aim at solving specific inspection, imaging or quantification tasks. They base the work on know-how, practical experience, and written procedures, in all aspects of the production. Extensive development and long-term testing are used to ensure the fit-for-the-purpose of a given technology. The systems are provided with a full, up-to-date documentation set. Extensive Probability Of Detection (POD) tests are conducted to quantify and prove the capabilities of the systems for various tasks. They do not promise “100% detection capability”, but they promise to have the best performance and to be honest concerning the actual detection capability, in practical usage.
