Agence du Service Civique d'Action pour le Développement - Agency for Civic Action for Development - ASCAD

The Agency for Civic Action for Development (ASCAD) is a public administrative institution (EPA) created by decree of 14 April 2011 to implement the Civic Service for Development (SCAD). ASCAD is an entity placed under the direct authority of the Minister of State, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic. The SCAD's mission is to promote the civic and citizenship education of young Guineans and to enable them to acquire or strengthen a professional qualification in order to facilitate their socio-economic integration.
