Itinera has been active in large-scale infrastructure projects and civil construction for more than 80 years, in Italy and around the world. 

Established in 1938, the Company is part of ASTM Group, the second toll road operator in the world with approximately 5,600 km of roads under concession. 

The ASTM Group, active in more than 15 countries with about 17,000 employees, manages approximately 1,420 km of roads in Italy and, through the acquisition and joint control of EcoRodovias, manages approximately 4,100 km of roads in Brazil. 

The Group is also active in transport, logistic, engineering, energy, and naval sectors with revenues equal to 3,1 billion Euro (2021). 

Today, in terms of size, backlog and revenues, Itinera is one of the top players in Italy and in the world, in the construction of great infrastructure works and in the development of greenfield concession projects.
