The land intelligence company " GENIFONCIER ", is a Burkinabé law company registered in the Trade and Furniture Credit Register (RCCM) of Ouagadougou under the number BFOUA 2017 B2123 , the company GENIFONCIER is a regularly constituted and approved real estate development company. according to Order No. 2017-0031/MUH/SG/DGESS granting approval for carrying out the activity of real estate and/or land development.

In the exercise of its real estate development activities, GENIFONCIER's vision is to make real estate accessible to all, the constitutional right to housing a reality in Burkina Faso. The purpose is to promote a better living environment by offering people decent housing and securing it by issuing a definitive title deed called a land title.
