Eti or legally Eti Food Producing and Trade S.A (Turkish: Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) is a Turkish food company that was founded by Firuz Kanatlı in 1962.
ETİ supports the aim of increasing the consumption of fibrous foods in Turkey by supporting the Fibrous Foods Movement in Raising Nutrition Standards, carried out by the Healthy Life Promotion and Health Policies Association, in order to raise awareness in the society about the benefits of fiber and the importance of nutrition with fibrous foods.
A healthy diet is necessary for a healthy life. A diet consisting of healthy and varied foods contributes to the preservation of body weight and health, thus preventing various diseases.
One of the important factors of a healthy diet is to get the amount of fiber that should be consumed daily by eating foods high in fiber. Fiber is an important nutritional component in foods.
Eti's main products are biscuits, cookies, cakes, chocolate, wafers and breakfast food. The company is mainly known for Turkey's first fibrous biscuit Burçak and small-sized cake Eti Popkek. Eti has also started producing milk products in 2014, the company owns milk products such as Süt Burger, Pastamia, Sosbom and Mousse. In total Eti has more 150 types of different products.
