SPDA Sociedad Peruana de Derecho Ambiental

The SPDA is a private non-profit organization that since its founding has been consolidated as one of the most influential organizations in promoting environmental policy and legislation in Peru. 

We are a civil association with educational and scientific purposes related to the care and protection of the environment.

We carry out research on public policies and environmental legislation, we strengthen the capacities of the public sector, civil society and especially vulnerable populations, we promote dialogue and create spaces for citizen participation, education, information and scientific research.

At the SPDA we work for a culture of defense of the citizen interest, to disseminate and guarantee the right of everyone to a healthy environment
