The Academy's research institute network becomes a unit of researcher excellence, credible science, and commitment to society to create the values of national and international success, Hungarian and universal science. As the institution of a single research institute network in Hungary, our primary goal is to contribute to the public good in the foundation of the future, building on the research traditions of Hungary, with significant exploratory research and scientific achievements in the international research space.

The MTA Science Research Center (MTA TTK), under its founding charter, is engaged in multidisciplinary research in natural sciences in the field of enzymology, organic chemistry, cognitive neuroscience and psychology as well as material and environmental chemistry.

The mission of the MTA Science Research Center is to carry out its mission in the European Union, including Hungary, where it intends to provide its scientific, technical, technological, educational, dissemination and social tasks as a publicly funded professional research center.
