Al Gora Community development Association

The Association for Community Development in Al-Gora is a non-profit civil organization that was registered under No. 65 of 1984. It is located in the northeastern border region, 13 km west from the international border, 22 km from the city of Rafah, 11 km from the city of Sheikh Zuweid in the south, and 40 km from the east by a group of leaders. The natural area of Al-Goura in North Sinai led by the late Sheikh Khalaf Hassan Al-Khalafat from the Mujahideen with the aim of contributing to the development of the border area Sheikh Zuwaid, Rafah and Central Sinai in North Sinai Governorate. Receiving the Excellence Award for Civil Society Organizations 2018 under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Development and Development Association, and more than three master’s and doctoral theses were discussed in which the Al-Joura Association was chosen as a case study because of its distinguished role over the years in serving the local community on the land of Sinai.It also implemented a project to support and enable young people to invest in natural resources in North Sinai under the auspices of the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Social Solidarity 2018.
