ZACH - Zimbabwe Association of Church-Related Hospitals

The Zimbabwe Association of Church Related Hospitals (ZACH) was founded in 1974 and is the Medical Arm of all Churches in Zimbabwe. ZACH operations are conducted on strict ecumenism. The association is accountable to the Head of Christian Denomination (HOCD) in regard to the running of health institutions/hospitals and Clinics.

ZACH represents the link between the Head of Christian Denominations (HOCD), the Ministry of Health and Child Cares (MOHCC) and other Health providers and other agencies

Membership currently stands at 130 hospitals and clinics.

ZACH is a Not-for-Profit Faith Based Organization (FBO) and is registered under the Revised Private Voluntary Organization (PVO) Act of 2001.
