Meditec Systems Ltd. was formed in 1993. It has been representing SIEMENS A.G. Medical Division in East Africa, since the date of its inception. The company has offices in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

A partnership firm, the directors are Kenyans with an established social status and other prolific business enterprises.   Most of the working staff have a technical background and have had an average of 10 -15 years of experience in the Medical Industry.

Meditec Systems Ltd. being an Advanced partner of Siemens Medical Division in East Africa, now also supplies Siemens Laboratory and Diagnostic Equipment and Reagents. Subsequently, the company acquired the Critical Care division of Maquet and Dental division of Sirona. Today, Meditech is responsible for the installment of Siemens, Maquet and Sirona units in numerous Government and Private Hospitals and Private Clinics across East Africa.

Meditec’s main strength and mission has always been the 'service' department. All their equipment is well maintained by efficient and factory trained engineers. With a huge number of installed equipment, Meditec’s service has been one of the its best assets, a fact easily proven by their track records on repairs and the number of Service contracts they are currently working with..
