PPO Group Ltd (PPO) was Elisa -owned telephone company that operated in Central and Northern Ostrobothnia , Central Finland in the north, as well as in North Karelia. Fixed-line subscriptions, but by offering mobile and broadband services.In 2008 the company\'s net sales totaled EUR 40.7 million and operating profit was EUR 7.2 million. It employed an average of 284 people and offered 36,011 telephone subscribers, 30,527 broadband subscribers and 9,011 cable TV subscriptions.  In 2010, Oulu Telephone Company became a PPO-Group Oy.  In 2012, Elisa acquired PPO Group Ltd\'s ICT business operations of the company the entire share capital.

On the last day of 2013, PPO Yhtiöt Oy, Telekarelia Oy and Kymen Puhelin Oy merged into Elisa.
