About
Since 1972, Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) has dedicated itself to providing behavioral health services to men, women and children who are struggling with mental illness, substance addiction, emotional trauma and the aftermath of violence. Our mission is to offer quality, comprehensive customer oriented services tailored to the diversity of our consumers.
Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) is a leader in community-based mental health treatment in Chicago’s most vulnerable communities, including a current, rapid expansion into the underserved West Side. We partner with clients and staff to improve prevention, treatment, wellness and community support positively, for generations to come. With 21% of the general population of the U.S. dealing with mental illness at some point in their lives and depression rates tripling since Covid began, mental health is every community’s concern. C4 is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, depending upon motivated clients, the community and government to support our purpose.
