New Crystal Healthcare Training Institute was established to train health cares to render care services to both the hospitals affiliated to New Crystal Health Services and the aged as well as the vulnerable in the society at large. The Training Institute exists to provide compassion and excellence in care – giving through innovation, dynamic, comprehensive way to the community and Ghana as a whole in the 21st Century.

The school is accredited by National Vocational Training Institute, which is the National body mandated to issue certificates to students on completion of the course.Our vision is to be the cradle of excellence and a leading healthcare as well as post-secondary institution in Ghana providing high quality care to the masses.New Crystal Healthcare Training Institute is an offshoot of New Crystal Healthcare Services Ltd.
