EPSA-LABCO, Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a prominent consulting firm, supervision and project management with over twenty years of professional experience, founded on June 20, 1985, through the merger of the following engineering consulting firms:

     EPSA: Studies, Project Monitoring and Audits, established in 1984, owned by Mr. Manuel Gómez-Achecar, Ph.D.
     LABCO: Laboratory of Soil and Building Materials, founded in 1963, property of the late Joseph Ordeix, MSCE; Combining between the two, nearly half a century of good engineering practices. EPSA-LABCO was created with the vision of providing high quality professional services in various areas of civil engineering, such as:
