The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) is a non-profit organization committed to reducing human suffering worldwide whose work has an impact on people in over 80 nations including the United States.

When war, conflict or national calamity disrupts life to such a degree that people are unable to recover on their own, UMCOR offers humanitarian relief with a mission to help the most vulnerable people regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

UMCOR collaborates with other relief groups to broaden its reach and operates via programs that address hunger, poverty, eco-friendly agriculture, foreign and local emergencies, refugee and immigrant issues, global health problems, and transitional development which are grouped into three key areas: Humanitarian Relief/Disaster Response, Sustainable Development and Global Health.
