Fundacja Eudajmonia

The mission of the Foundation is to create conditions for change and strengthen the potential of people who want to improve the quality of their lives, who want to develop, create and act to achieve success. Our projects and campaigns are addressed to everyone, regardless of gender, age, origin, social status or health condition.

In our activities, we focus on professionalism, comprehensiveness and innovation. The core of the team consists of people with experience in constructing, implementing and executing social projects. The group of regular collaborators includes psychologists, career counselors, activity coaches, job coaches and assistants of people with disabilities.

We engage in lobbying and advocacy activities. We are members of the Polish Union of Supported Employment, the Lower Silesian Federation of NGOs, the Coalition for Persons with Disabilities, the network of Non-Governmental Labor Market Institutions and the team for social and professional activation of people with disabilities at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. We create and actively participate in local activities.
