Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Monitoring Authority (KPEMA)

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Education Monitoring Authority (KPEMA) was initially operating as Independent Monitoring Unit (IMU) since 2013 in project mode before its regularization in 2019.

KPEMA is KP's first-ever organization which was heavily invested in technology and was the first organization in Pakistan where technology-based school data collection was adopted.

Currently EMA collects data on a number of initiatives of Elementary & Secondary Education Department\'s like Regular Government Schools, 2nd shift schools, Girls Community Schools, Annual School Census,...etc and is the main data generator of Educational statistics for KP.
