Gorkha Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. (GSCCL)

Gorkha Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. (GSCCL) serves as one of Nepal's most prominent cooperatives. It was founded in 1998 as the first financial organization in Nepal. GSCCL was founded with the goal of offering financial services to the people of Gorkha district, Nepal's undeveloped region.

Throughout the years, GSCCL has evolved and spread its services to other regions of the country, and it currently operates multiple branches and service centers across Nepal. GSCCL offers a variety of financial products and services, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and remittance services. Its purpose is to foster financial inclusion and give its members, especially those from rural and underprivileged communities, access to inexpensive and reliable financial services.
