CITLOS SA was founded in 2001 in Athens under the name "GOVERPLAN SA". He focused on providing consulting services to private and public sector entities, in Greece and Eastern European countries, as well as in the field of planning and implementation of development and structural policies. Since then the company has developed its activities in a wide range of services and created an extensive network of experts and professionals. The members of this network come from all over the world and have considerable experience in a variety of consulting subjects, market sectors for different countries. In 2009 the company was renamed DEMOS SA. and set new foundations for its services and network of partnerships, so that it could enter the new decade with vigor.
