Amsterdam Port Consultants (APC) was established in 1980 by Port of Amsterdam. APC is a non-profit organisation, which aims at passing on the knowledge of cruise terminal development, port management, logistics and distribution, and building up strong relations with other port organisations all over the world.

Amsterdam Port Consultants offers every assistance in designing, developing, upgrading and operating sea and inland ports, transhipment terminals or distribution & transport centres. It provides both advisory and executive services to support client needs in developing new operations or upgrading existing facilities. This involves for example expansion and construction of cruise terminals, cargo handling amenities, and related storage & transhipment and transport centres.
