Indeed, the procedures governing the “export control” of cyber-intelligence activities, as well as the framework for using this type of tool, do not offer actors sufficiently reliable protection with regard to the stakes. Medium-sized companies like ours, lacking the geopolitical expertise needed to fully understand the legal and reputational risks, can therefore, despite the precautions taken, be exposed to unjustified claims.

From now on, Nexa Technologies will only market cyber defense solutions (ComUnity, secure and encrypted messaging, detection of interception tools, etc.) and will also deploy a cyber defense consulting offer.
