Kolektiv Ltd. was established in 2001 (at that time registered as Development Studio) and today it has grown to a group that provides a wide range of HRM services: on-line and of-line recruitment, training, staff leasing, employers branding, project management, business event management, HR consulting and career management as well as solutions in software, design and advertising.

The company is most recognized in public by its job site www.mojposao.ba that matches employers and jobseekers since 2003. MojPosao.ba is leading job board and one of ten most visited web sites in BiH.

For this time the portal has published more than 65 000 ads, and this number is increasing daily. Based on the feedback we get from employers it is estimated that over 80% of the ad concludes with successful placement of portal MojPosao.ba users.
