A virtual tour of our website gives you an overview of our main areas of work. Our office has been on the market for over 35 years, which has resulted in a large number of solid customer relationships. These include many private builders, public bodies, charities, clinics and banks. New buildings and building or adding to existing buildings are balanced. For many objects, monument protection must be reconciled with modern demands on the use of resources, building services, hygiene and a contemporary design.

One of the focal points of our work is implementation planning and construction management, which we sometimes take on from colleagues on projects. This means that we always bear the economic responsibility for our clients; Cost and scheduling are just as important as solid knowledge of construction technology and the knowledge of clean craftsmanship solutions.

The office was founded in 1986 by Mr. Knut Aurel Kühnel, Mr. Baumgärtner joined in 1990 and became a partner in 2009. Mr. Nossek joined in 2008 and jointly took over the office in 2011 when Mr. Kühnel left. In 2017, the GbR was renamed BN-Architekten GmbH.
