Welcome to MWV Civil Engineers AG!

The planning office was founded in 1969 by Franz Minikus and Edi Witta. Today, the well-known engineering company employs more than 26 permanent employees and several freelancers in the field of engineering services.

MWV is led by Peter Hohn, Ljupko Peric, Enrico von Ah and Thomas Hofer.

From our company headquarters in Baden, we work on both regional and projects throughout Switzerland and neighboring countries. The core area of activity is structural engineering and all related areas of structural engineering.

MWV Bauingenieure AG has been part of the Geoterra Group since April 22nd, 2021.

Competence in statics and structural dynamics:

MWV's main activity is structural engineering. As part of our work, supporting structures are calculated, analyzed and planned. MWV plans excavation pits and associated slope stabilization as well as demanding foundations on slopes or urban zones. Other activities include building expertise and dynamic analyzes such as earthquake static calculations.

MWV deals with all building materials and is looking for the most suitable methods and constructions for new buildings, conversions and renovations in a solution-oriented manner.

In changing teams with a high level of expertise, MWV processes the concerns of the customers quickly and economically.
