HHP - Human Health Project

Human Health Project (HHP) is a growing community of patients, caregivers, health advocates, donors, & volunteers, with an objective to empower people to manage their own health.

The foundation of HHP is built upon peer-to-peer health information, education, & support to reduce inequities in health outcomes. HHP collects, analyzes, and shares health information to help patients make informed healthcare decisions and empowers people to seek support by engaging with others with similar experiences.

Mission: HHP’s mission is to provide donation based, peer-to-peer programs whereby people can help each other with their health issues, reducing inequities in health outcomes. HHP has a special focus on the underserved and vulnerable population groups, as well as the elderly and their caregivers.
