Viking Construction and Supplies is a single proprietorship company formed by Mr. Alain C. Lee. The company has
successfully operated in the Ilocos Region for the past 20 years working on small and large scale infrastructure,
construction, road repair & rehabilitation and alternation projects focusing on residential contracting and construction
materials supplies. With the business boom that is occurring in the heart of Metro Manila area and the desire to
improve overall profit margins, the company added its target market from government projects to residential clients
and the larger commercial customers. This business plan will lay out our goals and task to make this transition
successful and create enough market shares to succeed in this highly competitive market.
