But what is the Training Academy?
Accademia della Formazione is the materialization of the passion and enthusiasm that Pino Marangi (its founder) expresses in the work he carries out every day with Entrepreneurs, Freelancers, Managers and Sportsmen.

It was born in 2004 and took its first steps in transversal training in the credit mediation sector. In fact, it is for Fimec Taranto that organizes, in collaboration with IFOA, the course on " Effective customer management for credit brokerage professionals" fully subsidized by the Region.

Over the years, the Accademia della Formazione has promoted training courses for various companies in the Apulian area. His paths embrace the sphere of both professional and personal growth.

Focus
For the Accademia della Formazione the focal point has always been "the man with his professional and cultural heritage to be developed day by day".

We believe in the potential and ability of organizations to change, grow and evolve to aim for excellence.

We want to be a group of passionate people, committed to transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary and making the world a better place to live.
Our interventions in the Corporate sector are divided into two broad categories: growth and individual improvement and the enhancement of work performance within companies.

In the first case, we support the entrepreneur in developing his leadership , persuasive communication and human resource management skills.

While in the second case our interventions aim more at developing the ability to strengthen team spirit , to share company values and objectives and to strengthen motivation in the company one belongs to.

In the case of coaching with athletes, our task is to accompany the athlete to focus his energies on performance, eliminating the aspects that hold back performance or the unconscious fears that do not allow them to perform to their best potential.

Our daily commitment is to ensure that the people who decide to be followed by us can acquire the strategies to implement in order to improve their initial condition.
