The employer alliance is an independent employers' organization for non-profit and idea-based organisations. We contribute with professional employer expertise in all matters relating to the relationship between employer and employee, for example in labor law, work environment, HR, leadership and salary formation.

The basis for the Employer Alliance is to operate both with specialist labor law knowledge and with unique competence and knowledge of the conditions and conditions of the non-profit sector.

We are structured according to democratic principles and protect the Swedish model.
